Less than 4 months and no longer works

Had this vacuum since August and it no longer works. The brush will not spin and I cannot get through to anyone or find the replacement part.

Great for small apartments

So far this vacuum has been great, very easy to use and clean. The only things I wish would be a thing is that auto suction, I wish that was an option and it didn’t just do it on its own. The other thing is I with it came with a wall mount and more attachments. Otherwise, it’s been great for our small apartment.

I'm on my 3rd one. this one the motor speeds up then slows down. the brush roller doesn't stay attached.

Great for a few months, after that it completely stopped holding a charge and started malfunctioning.

My Review of the B&D BHFEA420

Have used this product for 3 weeks now. Well built for light area cleaning. The dust bin holds an amount equal to hand held vacs. Very lightweight and with the pivoting head, it is easy to use in tight spots. I agree with other reviewers that it is a little noisy at high speed. Runs between 10-15 minutes on one charge on a mix of rugs and wood flooring. It flattens out to get under the bed and other areas that are close to the floor. Had this vacuum for less than a year. Brush bar won’t spin. Bought a replacement. Won’t spin

Not very durable

Stopped working after 2 years and 2 months of monthly use.

The Best Brand Ever

Wow. I’ve had a lot of “electric brooms” what we called them in the old days but nothing compares to this cordless, stand alone model. It is the easiest of all brooms with great suction and easy clean. Just emptying the catch bin is easy and the entire unit stays cleaner longer. Super cute . I love the lights ( very helpful ). But it’s very heavy ( I keep switching the hands ) and the suction is good on full power .

Handy(ish)

Handy & very useful. Would be better if B&D offered other assessories/attachments - besides just the crevice tool - unable to use generic assessors due to odd shape where they would attach to unit

I really wanted to like this. It was pretty decent, at first. It did a pretty good job cleaning my space, I could do almost my whole(1200 sf) house before the battery died, was great for quick cleanups and I would use my regular vacuum less often. But after a couple months of use I have noticed some negatives that just make this not worth the purchase. Easy Clean

I purchased one for my apartment. I have wood floors . I like the fact that I don’t need to be plugged into an outlet . Does a good job picking up dust . The lights in the front are a plus . Gave one to my daughter as a house warming gift . Easy to clean . Goes into second gear automatically when used on rug . Can stand up alone ,with just a click , when not in use or charging .

Love this!

Love the quality for the price! The bin is large enough to get all throughout my junior 1 bedroom on a singular charge! While the charge doesn’t last super long, I’ve learned to best way to utilize the time to get to every spot before recharging. It’s a solid choice for a smaller space.

Shocking Vacuum

This overall is a good vacuum. Lightweight, not too loud, and the battery lasts for a while. My only problem, and this actually is a safety issue, is the location of the charging port. The port is right where the handle is so when you’re vacuuming, your hand touches it and sometimes it shocks you. Don’t know why the location of the port was approved but it was not a great idea.

Stick Vac for 80+ year olds

Best money I've spent in a long time. Helps eliminate fatigue after effects.
