Honestly haven't tried this out yet but based on reviews I think it will meet my needs for small furniture refinishing tasks. Order and pickup very smooth.

Third Mouse

Third Mouse I have owned. Started with MS500. All three still work great. Latest model has improved dust collector that is easier to remove and clean out. Hardworking tool, easy to use, worth the investment.

Black & Decker Detail Sander

Only had this sander a couple of weeks. Use it for the tight corners on projects. The sandpaper does not want to stay on the sander & comes off when sanding! It is useless! Taking it back!

Canadian buyers beware

Comes with warrantee and money back gaurantee but impossible to get any service from Canada. The service centres just bump you around from place to place. Sander itself is average at best.

Perfect strong little sander for detailed work. Love it.

high hopes

Bought this unit to do some tight spot light detail sanding. Used for 2 hrs; screw that holds nose pc on came loose and tore out, destroying mounting hole. annoying, but cheaply made. Not all that surprising; still, disappointing.

Great little sander

Purchased to remove paint from old windows and to sand cotrage logs for refinishing. This lil drill is a worker bee!

Love it

Love the size and ease of use and does a great job overall, love the finger part also of the sander to get in the tight spots and corners.

Replacing an old one with the new one. The Mouse fills the bill for a variety of projects.

Easy to Use

I bought this today. It is easy to use and does a wonderful job. Makes sanding some of my tight spots easier.

Efficient

My husband had bought this tool after watching me have a hard time using a square sander. He handles any sander without issue but I can't sand for very long because the vibration makes my hands go numb. This little gem doesn't shake my hands at all. The grip on the sander pad is amazing, I had even ripped old pads while pulling them off. It's great getting into small areas close to the floor. Meh.

I’ve only had this for 2 days and it’s falling apart. The detail finger attachment broke off after less than 15 minutes of use. The rubber pad for the sanding sheet started to show wear after the first day of use. In my opinion the dust collection plate is flimsy and doesn’t do much. I am disappointed in the quality of this tool for the price I paid. Will be returning.

Velcro part ripped off when I tried to take paper

I was able to use for one time and then went to take off the sand paper and the Velcro piece came with it

Not Reliable

In the course of a week I have tried 2 of these sanders and both have broke. The first one I purchased within 15 minutes of using it the first time the tip of the point started tearing apart to where the sand paper wasnt flat and it wouldnt work. I returned it and tried another one and this time the regular pointed part worked great but when I tries to use the attachment piece it came lose after about 3-5 minutes and completely broke off. poor quality

I have bought 2 of these things in the last 3 days and i’m currently on my way to the store to get a third. the only reason i’m getting a third is because it’s the only one i could find that isn’t round. it just falls apart. would not recommend.

preforms as expected

I replaced an older Craftsman mouse sander, this works equally as well, if not better. I'm very happy with this purchase

Lightweight and easy to use

I liked the vacuum feature. It substantially cuts down on the dust. This is a light duty sander. I liked it for what it was designed for but I needed a heavier duty sander.

Does a great job

Doing some minor renovations and this sander saved time and effort. I like that.

Love the feel in my hand

This is my 2nd Mouse sander. Used the first one for years. Love the dust collection on this one.
