The worst ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this carpet cleaner for a year now. I've been able to use it a total of five times. After four uses, I had to replace the belt. After the fifth use, I needed to replace the clean water reservoir. When it works, it works well but save your money and buy another brand that may last more than a hot minute.

I would NOT buy this again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like about it is the carpet dried fast, although going back and forth to dump the catch tank is the deal breaker, has a gallon tank and requires being dumped when only 2 1/2 cups full, extremely frustrating bc I spent more time dumping the dirty water than cleaning the carpets.. waste of money do not buy... and it didn't come with any tools to clean up the pet mess on furniture, throughly disappointed...

Small tanks and major problems with the belt

We have had ours for maybe a year and have used it a total of 10 times. We replaced the belt because it broke and noticed that the housing for the belt assembly was grooved by the belt. Makes vacuuming harder that it should be

It sucks the hairs very minimal since as I am vacuuming the hairs just get wet and all together and have to be picked up by hand around 10-15 times as a vacuum a single room. Easy to use but no steam. You use hot water which loses temperature over the course of cleaning.

It's light enough to be easily maneuvered, does a good job cleaning and is easily cleaned afterwards.
