Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So bummed to find out this ONLY vacuums on tile, hardwood, etc. not on carpet. I was hoping to replace my carpet vacuum with this purchase. It does do a great job cleaning my kitchen tile, but now I need a vacuum too.

Really liking the Steam Mop
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far i really like this steam mop. I like how the dry dirt is separated as you vacuum and mop and it's easy to clean. I do think that the vacuum is a bit loud for such a slim device. My Bissell vacuum seems to make less noise. #sweepstakes

Cuts my cleaning time in half!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the steam mop with the vaccum on after a regular full vacuuming (with my big vacuum) of my home. My home is all tile. I have 2 German Shepherds, 3 cats, and 3 grandchildren so the steam cleaner is so easy and definitely my favorite! I vacuum and steam twice a week. Having this has cut my cleaning time in half! Yay! More time with the grandkids!!

We live in a small home and our family area, hallway, and bathrooms are all hard wood floors. Makes cleaning our hard floors so much easier. A must have!!!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a refurbished one a few years ago, I love it! I have mostly hard floors with 2 cats and 2 dogs! It can steam and vacuum at the same time which is incredible because unlike other steam mops I don't have a weird pile of pet hair I have to clean up when I'm done! I only bought dyson products prior to this and now I own 4 BISSELL products and this is hands down my favorite and most used machine. Everyone needs one of these!

It spreads the wet cat hair around especially from the front bristles. This vaccuum is the worst I wish I returned it within 30 days rather than trying to learn how to use it better
