Unable to fix dead battery
Would RecommendWe had a great time with our Bissell. However, after a year and a half one day, the machine simply stopped working for more than 8 seconds, before returning to the docking station on low battery. We even purchased a new battery, but nothing goes. Once docked, the charging level increases until "full", but only runs for 8 seconds. Happy to give this baby a couple more stars if I can solve this issue.

Worked great for 4 months!
Would RecommendI loved this vacuum, worked great! I would set it until it for every day use at 0700, when I left for work. Did a decent job on carpet and hardwood, would become stuck under sofa and beep until released. Otherwise reliable until it stopped operating, Something with the charging system.

Would RecommendI have two of these, and when they were running they did a great job. My only complaints were that they kept getting stuck under the dining room table even when I would remove a couple chairs. When it gets stuck it shuts down and has an error message E6 and then it wont reset itself. I had to remove the battery and fool around with it several times by charging and removing the battery again then recharge and pray to get it back to working order. Disappointing in the end
Would Not RecommendPurchased this vacuum in August 2019. Worked great for my hard floors and picking up cat fur. Very loud. The bin accumulates hard-to-remove dirt in its many corners. Programming screen started showing dead spots a couple months in. Now, in May 2020, I can barely read the screen. The vacuum's navigation appears to have degraded as well; the last time it ran it never made to the far end of the floor and barely picked up anything. Looking to replace with a different brand.

I would recommend this product to my family members
Would RecommendI use Betty to clean the living room, dining room, and kitchen. My family and I have an open floor plan house so Betty doesn't get stuck, unless she goes under the dining room table. There is usually no one home on the weekends, so that is the perfect time for Betty to get a good cleaning without anyone being in the way of her duties.

NOT enough directions, you are more or less on your on to figure out how to charge it, small things like do you leave it on when charging or turn it off?

Would RecommendI LOVE THIS LITTLE GUY! WE HAVE LOTS OF SAND, DUST, CAT HAIR, MY HAIR, AND DEBRIS AROUND THE WOOD HEATER. HE GOES FROM HARD FLOORS, OVER THROW RUGS, ONTO CARPET & TILE. OCCASIONALLY GETS HUNG UP ON THINNER THROW RUGS OR MULTI-LEVEL AREAS, BUT OVER-ALL I WOULD NOT WANT TO GIVE HIM UP! DOCKING STATION DOESN'T SEEM TO CONNECT WELL IF ON CARPET, BUT DOES FINE SET ON HARD FLOOR. I HAVEN'T TRIED TO PROGRAM IT TO RUN ON IT'S OWN. NO PROBLEM TO JUST TURN HIM ON WHEN I GET HOME FROM WORK.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this vacuum! I set it up to run Monday thru Friday and it is so nice to only have to empty it! I enjoy looking at the whole family room and it is spotless!! Although thru experience with our first vacuum and lessons learned the vacuum will get loose cloth items like string, blankets etc. so you have to remember to pick that up the night before but this is not the vacuum's fault but mine! :)

great on Hardwood/vinyl flooring

It did a good job. it could use a bigger dirt bin to gather the dust and crumbs. Given that we have 2 very large long haired dogs it did an admiral job collecting the hair but it is not a machine that I would recommend for such a job. I will happily continue to use this vac for the hardwood floors

Clogs up.
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush on the reboot gets tangled with hair and stops working. The robot also wants to return to the power station on the opposite wall the charger is on. It clogs up with hair and dust bunnies to easily.
