Dont waste your money!!!!!!

I can't begin to describe what a piece of junk this brand/product is. I bought the model above this one, got it home, and the pump did not work. I took it back, and got the next lower one, this one. I have use it maybe a dozen times in the last year. and now the pump has failed on it. I have used a Bissell for 40+ years, The previous one lasted 10+ years. Never again will I buy your brand

Lightweight, easy to use, did a great cleaning job, removed lots of trapped fur in carpet

I've had a Bissell shampooer before and just used it for the first time this morning. I was very pleased with the performance.

great for the couple of times I got to use it. now it just burns up belts. had multiple bissel products but this will be my last one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have area Rugs and one is off white and the other one is dark blue. We don't have pets and we don't like shoes inside the house. Our floors tend to stay clean, so we thought. We decided to give it a try. All the dirt and dust that penetrates in the carpet that's is not noticeable to the eye, the vacuum this a wonderful thing. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.

Great scrubber Bad tank

Overall the scrubber isn't bad. Really does a good indepth scrub and good with getting rid of smells. Bad note. The dirty water tank is a great size. However, they only have it setup to use just under half the space in the tank. Takes me 3-4 times as long to get done compared to my last scrubber because I have to keep stopping to empty the tank. Again otherwise works as advertised.
