good cleaner

looked on u tube for set up and cleaning hints. works great, a little heavy for me to push and pull but cleans well. only negative is dirty water tank fills to the limit SO FAST!. All reviews say the same thing. large tank but rollers stop working when tank gets 1/4 full. be sure to pre clean spots before cleaning the entire carpet.

Just OK

It’s just ok. I would’ve expected more from a top rated cleaner. Some stains remained even after two cycles of cleaning and rinsing. Plus, the roller brush does not shut off when the handle is in the upright position and left a blackened mark on our carpet while I was trying to use the hand attachments.

Very good for the price!

This is a nice carpet cleaner for a very affordable price. It’s no harder to push around than a regular vacuum cleaner and it gives a good deep cleaning. I was able to clean about 50 sq ft of carpet per tankful and the carpet dries within a few hours. Great for spot cleaning, but a little less convenient for cleaning large areas due to the need to empty the waste tank and refill the cleaning solution. Literally never buy this product

Useless and I literally just tore these two apart to try and make them work to no avail. I literally would rate this negative stars if I could. I have two of these currently sitting absolutely useless because they don’t work. They do not work in any capacity. They don’t even spray the liquid out. I am disgusted. I will never buy a Bissell product ever again. Don’t buy this unless you want to just throw your money in the trash.

Buy a Rug Doctor. Unable to shut off floor brush when using other tools. Super cheap.

Fantastic Rug Cleaner

Fantastic rug cleaner! It had been a minute since we last cleaned our carpets (plenty of small stains, addition of a puppy, etc.). This unit did an amazing job cleaning EVERYTHING well, and sucked most of the water out so drying was quick. Super simple to use as well! Highly recommend!

Good but not great

Very nice looking and powerful. It provides a good suction. However, in reality it lacks a proper contact with the carpet due to its light weight. For a thick carpet, we had to press the front part of the base to pull out the dirty water that was being left behind otherwise. Attachments are also not so great.

Impressed so far

Easier to clean than Hoover. Great on stains. Fast drying. Make sure to really clean everything before you put it away and it will save you money later.

I used this to clean a persian carpet, an outdoor woven carpet, Also 2 large couches- it cleans amazingly well!

Solid piece of equipment

I liked it it thoroughly cleaned the carpets and if you went slowly enough and spent a lot of time you could absorb a lot of the water. However I felt that the dirty tank filled up too quickly and I had to empty it too often compared to the fill tank. The bottom tank would only be a third of the way full and it would stop working.

Not working properly

This machine leaks. When you stop moving it continues to put water on the floor. Our previous one did the same thing that's why we bought this one. Unfortunately for us, now we have to wait for another one and have only 3 days to get done. On the other hand, we do love this brand for it's cost and normally it's quality.

Great carpet cleaner

Great carpet cleaner — an upgrade from my previous unit. I especially appreciated the larger volume of clean and dirty water compartments and the wider swath cleaned in each pass 😊. Combines, this made the job more efficient without the need to empty/refill these reservoirs several times to clean an entire carpeted room.

Lost confidence In Bissell products

I am not happy with this unit, this is my fourth cleaner in two years, they do not hold up well and the drive belt always breaks. My new unit is only three weeks old and no longer dispenses liquid cleaning fluid. I am very disappointed in this Bissell product.
