[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how the power glide lift off pet plus works as I have two dogs and kids at home. I am very happy on how it works cleaning my floors. Also quite like the Febreze filter it leave the room with a nice aroma.

Better than I expected!!!

I love the little tool with the red velvet to remove pet fur. That part cleaned off every last cat hair off my five tier cat tree! I'm allergic to my cat, however after even just the first use I felt relief from my allergy. Although the delivery was very fast, the company FedEx that they used shipped it to a neighbour who was kind enough to return it to me instead of keeping it.

Dog Hair Terminator.

Worst vacuum purchase ever

I purchased this vacuum on 12/26/19. We have 2 dogs, laminate floors with a few area rugs and this vacuum has required more maintenance in 3 months than some other have required in the 10 years I've owned them. It's gotten clogged twice, despite emptying the canister after each use, and we've had to completely take it apart to clear and now one of the belts has broken. Would definitely not recommend this vacuum.

Great product, but it's heavy.

Excellent design, very flexible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent design for our small apartment. The lift off is awesome and very well complements our robot cleaner. The only slightly underwhelming piece is the crevice tool, the brush never stays in position. Turns out there is a furniture brush you can buy from the parts site which will be much better anyway. Otherwise I'm very happy.

Design flaws but good vacuum

I just wrote a trash review on this vacuum because after less than a year it list it's suction. I had cleaned everything I could find to clean and was not happy, in my frustration I turned the vacuum head over and was again cleaning the few stray hairs from the brush bar and saw deep inside a circular area of dirt. After much digging with lung handled tweezers and my fingers I discovered that this was the intake for the dirt and lint on its way to the tank, it is not easily accessible and I fina...

Don't buy this one

We have 3 vacuum cleaners in the house, so this one is used just for stairs, ceilings and the kitchen floor. No pets, it's less than a year old and it doesn't want to pick up anymore. You could say, it sucks! But it doesn't

I thought my carpet was clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm amazed by the amount of dirt left by my old vacuum. The 2 days prior to receiving my new Bissell I thoroughly vacuumed my home,so I thought, after using my Bissell in just a small area it pulled up dirt deep in my carpet.

I love parts, don't like parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the suction. I don't love that the hose is shorter than I expected. The container cleans out well except stuff gets suck at the top of the container, and unlike my old shark, you can't access the top of the canister. So you end up hoping it somehow will get sucked down below. I do love the stairs attachment. Also really like that the dog fur, and my hair, really doesn't get tangled around the roller.

Great product if you have more than 1 pet.

May have a defective Roller Brush

I purchased in December 2019. By the end of January 2020, I had to replace the Brush Roller because it broke centricity. I purchased a new one, and only two weeks later, the Brush Roller seized. I sent an email to customer support...awaiting response.

Sucks... literally.

MY wife has two large dogs, we got tired of the hair. Decided to get this very vacuum because if the pet attachment. DOES NOT WORK. Constantly clogged up; having to take the attachment apart EACH TIME. This last time, it didnt work. The beater brush for the vacuum itself decides whether it wants to go across the carpet, or not. Rather parsnicketity... The old Dust Devil or Hoover was better - should have kept them.

I would buy Bissell again and again.

I have five pets, dogs and cats. I use this vacuum daily mostly on carpet and it cleans great. The draw back for me is that I have to stop and empty the canister too often. This is my first canister machine so it was an education. I'm sold on Bissell and I'm looking to purchase a carpet cleaner next.

I will never buy a Bissel product again

I purchased this product less than a year ago as I have to cats and thought it would be great for their fur, however, this product is not at all user-friendly nor does it do a good job on the fur. I used it on all types of flooring and it just does not do a good job and then it broke where the vacuum swivels. I can no longer use it as it is broken. I will never buy Bissel again.

Its designed for parts to fail

I used this no more than 10 times, the belt broke. I replaced it (far more difficult than the video portrays). It broke again after less than 5 uses. I replaced it. About 5 uses later, the belt broke AGAIN AND the brush roll also broke. DO the math, buy something else.
