Would never purchase this product again!

I got this for carpet and hard wood floors. Totally sucks on anything but carpets. Now for carpets it's the best I've had but dont understand cause when using the hose the suction was horrible.They have been very friendly and delivered fast and like I said awesome for my rug but I want 1 vaccume to do both my floors and this isnt it!

Not well built

They day I got my vacuum the hose and utilities holder broke and the wheel on the vacuum fell off. Not sure what thats all about. Could be better built

Love this vacuum!!

Love this vacuum!! My son who is allergic to cats, lives in CA, came to visit and my vacuum just died. I used to vacuum a few times a week, well the 1st time I used it I was amazed at all the cat hair it pulled up. My sons actually did really well :)

I got my vacuum today and man did I put it use I have 4 hairy cats and 3 poodle mixes and have alot of fur around the house my old dirt devil cant compete with this vacuum great suction I had a large bag of dirt dust and tons of fur pulled up from my carpets my carpets literally look like new pulled its vibrant colors out of them. Thanks Bissell great product.

Good Vacuum

There is a visible GAP between the dirt tank canister and the handle grommet (near the power switches.) I can easily slide a credit card in this obvious lack of suction. I applied my own 1-1/2" pipe washer (plumbing, rubber, conical shaped) around the canister outlet and pushed it tight against the handles grommet. Every PowerGlide Lift-Off must have this problem. Great Vacuum for Pet Owners!

I love my new vacuum cleaner!!!! We have a Golden and a Clumber Spaniel, both are heavy shedders. The Pet Plus handles the job. Thank you so much for this product!

I'm so glad that we got this vacuum!

This vacuum is fantastic! Not only does it do a great job on dog hair (we have a golden) but it picks up dirt that I never knew was there. And I love that the tank comes off to make vacuuming the stairs so much easier. I wish I bought it sooner.

I would buy this product again

We have two strongly shedding dogs at home and this vacuum has not disappointed in 3 years. Our carpets could be full of under coat and hair but one run over and it's gone. Unfortunately the brush stopped spinning after 3 years and without the brush spinning the vacuum doesn't work. But customer service was super great and is sending a whole new machine after trying replacement parts. So 5 stars from me.

The BEST!

This is the BEST ever! I have had almost every brand name in vacuums in my time and this one is the best. Every feature made available from Bissell is handy and perfect for whatever the job. The lift off canister is an added bonus and the long electric plug in cord is a plus. I was amazed and also embarrassed when I saw the debris the vacuum picked up just after one use. I originally doubted this product's performance but should have trusted the Bissell name.

Yes

This product is a great household vacuum, has nice suction. I love that bissell has the Febreze scented filters, gives off a very clean fresh smell while cleaning. My only complaint is that the soft bristle brush on the hose will not stay locked down, making it very frustrating to vacuum baseboards and ceiling fan blades.

Horrible purchase

Horrible. Has the worst suction and constantly clogged has the worst suction . Beyond disappointed in this purchase.

Little workhorse

I really like how clean my house looks when I've just vacuumed. I have another very expensive vacuum that is cumbersome and I don't use it unless I really have to-thanks to my Bissell it isn't very often!

Would not purchase again

I'm not pleased with this vacuum at all. I've only used it three times and the attachments once, it already plugged up with dog hair. A waste of money for what you advertise

I would buy this product again because it does the job!

Wonderful vacuum, I just wish the cord wasn't stored so low on the machine - it can be difficult to wind it when you are "older" and have to stoop so low.
