The product si good, the vacuammo power not very high, but the worst thing is the weight

Don't waste your money

At first I was pleased with this vacuum, but after a multitude of plug ups and blocked hose, I am done with this piece of crap. The chamber that holds all the vacuumed "stuff" from the floors and rugs is ridiculously small, and consistently gets plugged. The hose also gets plugged too often. I thought the Bissell brand name would have produced better than this. Now there is no way I would ever purchase any item from them again. Good choice for the price.

Used for general household "with pets" cleaning. Like that this product is lite weight. Like that this product has power to pick up pet hair. Like the Brush Roll Power Switch eliminates need to push vacuum. Concerned that after first use of Pet TurboEraser Tool some of the gripper "toes" on the outside face came off, was using on low pile carpet. Really like the removable canister, however, the Stretch Hose does not expand (pull out) easily, so I had to stop and put the canister back in upright ...

Vacuum Picks Up Great

I really like this vacuum I had bought a Bissell just a few months ago but started to clean around the litter box with it and so needed to get another. I was going to buy the same vacuum again but chose this one as I wanted a different one for the cat litter area and one for the rest of the house. This vacuum is a little heavier but picks up everything , does a really good job like my other Bissell. I am very happy with this Bissell also.

Great for Labs!

We loved how easily well it picks up dog hair, our yellow lab leaves hair everywhere. It is a bit heavy when pushing so wouldn't be great if you have some severe limitations in strength but will be fine if not. Cleans well when moving from carpet (specific button) to hard flooring. Suction is perfect. Very pleased.

Powerglide Lift off Pet

I absolutely LOOOOOOOVE this vacuum and will NEVER buy any other. I was given this vacuum about 4 years ago because a previous vacuum wasn't strong enough to handle the cleaning that 4 rescue cats and 2 dogs entails on both the floor and upholstery so to be quite honest I wasn't very optimistic that I would EVER find a vacuum that could handle it and that thought daunted me because I am a very clean person....little did I know this lightweight wonder machine would turn out to be my 'best friend'...

I have 2 cats and that vacuum is awesome!!! Picks all the hair and cat litter in one swipe. I absolutely love this sweeper!!!

Good vacuum

I have hard wood floors and a few area rugs.....I have a German Shepard....I think that says it all.

I would buy this product again

For the price that I bought it for on Black Friday the vacuum is very good. I wish it had the automatic cord rewind but I guess with the lift off feature there is nowhere to place the cord inside of the machine.

Cleans like a Beast

This vacuum is kind of heavy, but it cleans like nothing else I've used in recent years. We love it!

Very Good Suction

Very Good Suction. Easy to empty. Heavy vacuum. Does not vacuum small rugs very well.. sucks them up and you can't adjust height (miss that from my old vacuum). Don't like where Pet TurboEraser brush sits on machine-gets knocked off. Even though has good suction not sure it vacuums up all pet hair but my dog's hair seem to embed in carpet like needles (Jack Russell/Bagel). Think I would look for different features on next vacuum.

i love this vacuum. the way it swivels is so nice and you can take the cannister off with the click of a button and vacuum the stairs or the curtains. the power cord is so long. you will love this vacuum.

This is a great vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vacuum. Has great power and lots of extras. you don't often find. The canister lifts off and makes cleaning stairs a breeze. The additional attachments are easy to use and work very well. It is light enough to cary easily and the cord is extra long making one or two plug ins work for the whole house. I would definitely recommend and I would purcahse again.

I would definitely NOT buy this product again

I do not like this vacuum. It pushes dog hair into a roll in front of the sweeper which is then difficult to pick up. AND dog hair and dirt get caught in the upper portion of the canister and it's impossible to get out... even when I try to dig it out with a knife. I cannot figure out why there is a divider in the middle of the canister which traps dirt in the top. I'm just not satisfied with the operation or quality of this product. I bought it in March, and had to get a replacement in August b...

decent vacuum for the price

I ordered this vacuum online after my Shark vacuum stopped working. The price was decent, however, this vacuum is VERY HEAVY! I didn't realize how much weight difference an 18 lbs. vacuum would be to push around...but it's very difficult. Had I saw this in a store I would NOT have purchased it as it's just to heavy. It will be very difficult to drag up & down the stairs. Should have purchased a vacuum that was much lighter weight.

I would buy this Bissell again

I love my bissell! Especially with having a pet and so much dog hair. The Bissell picks the dog hair up so much better than my old one. Not having a bag is super!

Excellent product!

It's a really great product! I have 2 dogs and this vacuum works amazing! Just make sure to constantly clean the proper container and you will keep it works great forever. I'm really satisfied!

Good, but the hose won't stay on

It is a good vacuum and easy to use except that the hose won't stay attached which makes it most annoying.
