Great with pet hair

I owned a Bissell vacuum prior to this one that I liked because it was excellent with pet hair. There are 2 drawbacks to this model I purchased. The attachments are easily knocked off their holders by the cord (1 attachment doesn't even have a designated holder on the vacuum so it sits in a drawer). Secondly you can't manually adjust the height so it is diffic...

First Vacuum (Best from search)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending a few hours searching for a great vacuum. I decided with this product. I have Bonnie Collie so Her hair is everywhere. Plus, I have tile floor and the suction power and brush are amazing. Highly recommend it!

No height adjustment, leaves marks

This vacuum has good suction and if hard floors or thin carpet, it is easy to use. I love the lift off feature but s shame it doesn't reach further. Main complaint is if you have carpet, unless it's very thin, the vacuum leaves marks all over it and is very hard to ouch because you can't adjust the height! I've never seen a vacuum without height adjustment!! Other than those 2 things, it's fine.

Perfect vacuum for someone with allergies.

I have allergies so the very easy way to empty the dirt cup makes for less dust in the air. The detachable component has a power cord that is long enough for me to clean my staircase. The most awesome EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second in a matter of a couple of months. I have a 2 level home so I need 2 vacuum cleaners or so I thought. I have had the extremely heavy, hard to lug around and clean stairs with, not to mention ugly vacuums in the past. Bought my first Bissell a couple months ago and absolutely love it. Cleans amazing on my rugs and vinyl flooring. Swivels, light weight, picks up all of the pet hair, easy to clean, just all around awesome machine...

Definitely worth buying!! Lots of functionalities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have real hardwood floors that are not sealed well so there's constantly dust and dog hair and debris getting caught in the slats and in the grain... it cannot have a steam mop on it since the seal is bad. I also have a large area rug and tile bathroom. This vacuum easily handles my 1,100 sq foot apartment even with having a large dog that sheds CONSTANTLY. There's a lot of tools that comes with this. I'm still getting the hang of using them....

awesome product

Wonderful vacuum I was amazed at how much hair it picked up, I own a Dyson as well and vacuumed this morning and thought my carpets were clean I picked up my new Bissell this afternoon and i was shocked at how much hair was still on my carpet. I love the design being able to disconnect it to use on my stairs makes it so much easier to vacuum Love the Frebreze filters im actually going to order more when im done with this. Highly recommend this vacuum

Great pet vacuum

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

OH SO MUCH BETTER THAN MY SHARK...my shark vacuum died -6vrs- decided to go with Bissell - ❤ the pet program. This was so much more powerful than previous vacuum, on both rugs and hardwood floors, the Fabreze filter is very nice (must get more), same weight, longer cord. It is a little more noisy, but not a big deal for me. I am very happy with Bissell - both vacuum and the price. Thank you Bissell for your vacuums and your amazing Pet Program❤❤

It seems to work very well, like the way it turns so easily, suction very good and isI would change that kept happening is that two of the attachments (for dog hair) kept falling out of the holes where you store them on vacuum. I just left them out and it was fine.

Good quaility for a good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only used the vacuum a couple of times yet, but so far it is everything it was advertised to be. We like the lift off canister because it makes doing the stairs so much easier. The big test will be if it can get the dog hair off of a mattress. Fingers crossed!

I am still getting used to the multi floor option, as it seems to do better on the carpet then the tile, but I still cannot complain. The attachments - specifically the one with the rotating brush for cleaning stairs - was a life changer. This is my very first Bissell and I am very impressed. Thank you for such an amazing product for my home.
