Outlet cord is way too short

However, the cord is crazy short and I need to change which outlet it's plugged into MULTIPLE times to get a single room cleaned. With my last vacuum I could clean multiple rooms without changing the outlet so this Bissell has slowed down my cleaning time, which is extremely frustrating. Defective, couldn't get any help from Bissell

It has the best suction-from a Dyson user!

I have now used this machine twice and I am very impressed with the cleaning power. I was amazed at the dog/cats hair that came off the furniture.

The vacuum I didn’t know I needed

This vacuum really does the job on multiple surfaces! It even cleans what another vacuum left behind. 😉 And it’s easy to clean the filter. Swivel is nice to get around different areas and the additional tools work good too! Going to get another one for family as they need an upgrade and this would be perfect!

Little things make this vacuum great for pet hair-like the diameter of the hole that leads to the collection bin...big enough the hair does NOT get clumped up and stuck! It is a little heavy, 15lbs, but does a good job.

It's mostly OK

The vacuum power is great. So far I mostly like it. I bought this one to replace an older Bissell that was close to this one's features. The two things I don't like about this one is that the canister blocks you from being able to get as far under furniture. Also, the power cable is attached near the bottom. Those two things differ from the one I replaced. I don't like the power cable being low - I have to bend down to make sure to hold it so I don't damage it when the beater bar rolls over it.
