I would buy again

I like this machine, but I would change one thing...

It removed an amazing amount of pet hair from my oversized area rug and was gentle when used on bare wood floors. The Lift Off feature is great for the stairs. Pet eraser tool works well. My only complaint is that it cannot really clean under beds even if there is 6 inch clearance. What this machine is missing is an attachment that has a low profile to go under beds ...

I just ordered my second one!

I just ordered my second one, because my first one started shocking me, & I am not sure why, but I have two dogs that are mostly inside dogs, & I can't live without another one. I think my first one was around 5 or 6 years old.

Loved It Until...less than one year later no power

I have loved this vacuum- it has the lights for seeing corners and under shelves, it swivels nicely, and it does its job well. Until it didn't. Less than a year later, it has stopped turning on. Broke after 4 uses

The best vacuum I've ever owned!

The delivery was quick, the package arrived in pristine condition, and assembly was simple. The vacuum is lightweight to maneuver, a powerhouse when cleaning, and easy to empty. Exactly what I wanted in a vacuum!

I've never said that I loved a vacuum...until now!

It swivels, it lays nearly flat, the pathway is lit (brightly), the base is not too wide nor too narrow, the attachments are easy to use, the turbo brush works fantastically, and the cannister lifts off for easier stair cleaning. Finally, a product I love to use, and I've owned many vacuums in my lifetime.

First thing I'm mot happy about is when dumping the bin, the hair/dirt collects around the filter in the middle of the bin and is VERY difficult to get out. I would not buy this vacuum again

The fur doesn't go down into the canister, it just sits on top. You have to empty the canister evey couple of swipes. We have laminate floors and I can't even imagine how bad it would be with carpet. Not convenient or easy to use.

The 2 in 1 brush & crevice tool is absolutely useless. The button that is supposed to lock the brush up on the crevice tool does not hold the brush out and I will end up scratching something while using it because the brush does not stay up. I have 3 cats and u won't even see the hair until u sweep and empty! I have the cleanview rewind before this. I thought I loved that vacuum to death until I got this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this vacuum cleaner for plush carpet. It's gentle on the carpet fibers and has powerful suction. So easy to disassemble (minimal parts) and clean. Easy to change belt and clean brush. The light is an extra feature. This is my 2nd MulitClean Allergen Lift-Off - Exceptional vacuum cleaner!

Very happy with this vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that you can adjust it to the level of your carpet. The suction is good, sucks up lots of cat hair. Also nice that hair doesn't get wrapped around the roller. I like this vacuum cleaner better than the Dyson I used to have.

big, clunky, and noisy

This vacuum is at best mediocre. It’s big, heavy, very noisy, and hard to maneuver. It does an okay job of sucking up debris, but I have had many others that are much easier to use.

Yeah New Vacuum

Well let me tell you I started it up and I had to clean it out within 5 minutes. My carpets had so much left over dirt and dog hair I couldn't believe it. Would not recommend

We have mostly hard wood floors and the suction of the vacuum doesn't pick up even th smallest dirt. The pet hair get clogged under the tangle fre brush. The cord is also shorter then any vacuum i have owned before.
