Do NOT waste your money on this cheap garbage

Water container is miniature. Doesn't even hold enough water to clean an entire room. Doesn't clean as advertised. Incapable of cleaning floor tile grouts. Doesn't heat water in water container. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY - USE A MOP FOR CLEAN FLOORS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the Bissel Crosswave mentioned in a cleaning group as the "holy grail" of floor cleaners so I decided to give it a try. I am not disappointed! It vacuums and mops at the same time and does a great job! My floors look better than they ever have in a fraction of the time. I initially bought one as a gift for my son, but was so impressed I bought another for myself :)

Must have product for anyone with a lot of floors

I use this now for hardwood, slate and porcelain floors- I have even tried it on low profiles carpets. Excellent performance- easy to clean - lightweight makes vacuuming and washing 7000 square feet of floors much faster. It can handle some large particulate- suction is excellent. Particularly good for bathroom floors. Allows me to clean the floors often and...

Best floor cleaner and saves so much time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cleaner! It replaced my vacuum and a mop and bucket. It is easy to maneuver around and under things. It cleans really well and vacuumed and washed at the same time!! The best part just like any other Bissell products that I own, is that it is so easy to take apart and clean all of the parts!

I love it but it's expensive and it only last 9 months .. I didn't purchase the warranty because it was pricing..

Not too messy, but very effective and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors with low area rugs and it worked out great! I do wish there was a way to separate the liquid from the hair/dirt. Just makes it a little gross dumping the hair into the trash before emptying the liquid. It worked great transitioning between the area rug and the hardwood.

Doesn't work very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used it, it worked alright. Although it took a long time to get anything wet. Now, after about the third time using it, it will work for about 10 minutes. Then, it starts emitting puddles of filthy water. I do better just pouring the diluted soap and mopping up with swiffer.

Wish I had this floor cleaner years ago.

I really like this so far...but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Crosswave All in One yesterday and was anxious to try it. It is certainly easy to use and since I just switched from all carpet to all floors, that's extremely important. I think it will take a couple of tries to get really good with it. I did notice that it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards, I expected that, but that is easily handled with a quick Swiffer around the perimeter. BUT it is noisy. I didn't expect that. T...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works pretty well. It's not a replacement for a thorough hand scrubbing, but for use in between it is way better than having to haul around a bucket of water and mop. It's quick and easy to operate and the tray it rests in is a great feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for 2 years and I do like it but I think the cordless would be more convenient. My biggest complaint is I cannot remove the plastic cover that is over the rotating brush to clean it. It is super tight and does not come off easily for cleaning.

I thought I knew how to clean until I bought this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a nurse and my husband is a germ geek we don't wear shoes in the house and I clean every other week. I thought my floors were great! I decided to start 'deep cleaning' and my husband bought me this Bissell, after the first swipe of the kitchen, I am sooo embarrassed! Look at the photo! After getting through the whole house, my floors look amazing and I will not use anything else.

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star!

Awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy this vacuum because of the positive reviews. The first two times I used it went well, although the smell it produces was awful. Since then it has been downhill. All it does is push around cat hair into clumps I need to pick up after by hand. It also leaves very noticeable white streaks everywhere. The smell seems to get even worse. I truly hate everything about this vacuum and regret buying it.

Love my Bissell Crosswave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dual purpose vacuum and hard floor mop. It was easy to assemble and easy to clean between uses. It's lightweight and moves easily across the floor. The vacuum works great on hard floor surfaces and the mop cleans the floor with just a couple of quick passes. We are happy with the purchase and would recommend to a friend. #sweepstakes

Great dual purpose floor cleaner - the complete package!
