Couldn't be happier!

Coming from a 15 year old very high dollar vacuum, the entire family is incredibly impressed by the 1825's performance. Just like one of the other reviewers, we vacuumed a 10x10 area with the old K machine and then went over it again with the Bissell 1825- we were amazed at the crud it pulled from the living room. Included is are pics from this. We regularly vacuum and shampoo our carpet so to see this much dirt come out was incredible. The unit almost pulls itself along so it takes very lit...

Happy Vaccuming

I needed to replace my Electrolux Nimble, which I loved....I'm a person who has a vacuum cleaner on each floor (3 floor levels for me), I have the Bissell Homelife which is very heavy, but does a better job than my Kirby...I also have the Bissell steam carpet cleaner another plus from Bissell..... So, researched, and researched and this one seemed to fit what I was looking for at a great price. The retractable cord was a plus, haven't had that in a long time...I only wish that when using the vac...

Cleans excellent.

The first time I cleaned out the canister, I couldn't believe what came out of it. And I thought the carpet was clean! Does a great job. Also, very quiet, and love the cord retraction. For the price I highly recommend!

I use thugs vacuum for a big family witty a dirt yard and carpet floors. It's amazing all the dirt that it gets out!

Powerful and impressive

We needed a new vacuum cleaner for our 4 bedrooms. Never had owned a Bissell, now we are glad we chose our Clean View Plus. I used it the first time and I "really cleaned" our carpet big time!

Quieter than many others vacuum cleaners.

This machine is quieter than other uprights I have owned. I like the automatic rewind of the cord. All buttons can be operated with my foot...a plus. The only downside I have found is that the power cord is a bit shorter than my other uprights' cords.

Vacuum is excellent

I had just used my old vacuum before purchasing this product and revacuumed to try out the new one and it picked up a tank full of dirt

Performs better than my canister vacuum ever did, with ease.

In addition to normal vacuuming I clean up dog hair after my grand dog visits. My Bissel is easier to maneuver around furniture and doorways than my canister vacuum was. Easy to use and empty. Love it. I would recommend it to everyone, especially senior citizens because it is easy on the arms and the back. Thanks Bissell!

So far so good

I do have lot's of carpet and a dog so I have seen all the dirt and hair the vacuum picked up. But again this machine is new to me so there are no problems to report. I don't use too often due to my work schedule and it is only me and my husband here so cleaning or vacuuming is not necessary on a daily basis. I update as time goes on.
