Small issue that the hose comes out sometimes and the attachments don't always stay clipped in to their spots, but still a great deal for the price!

I would buy this product AGAIN
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this model as a replacement for a Hoover. BEST investment I've ever made! LOVE it! Easy to use and gets EVERYTHING up on the tile. I have mostly tile and a few rugs. NO PROBLEM in getting it all up!

Everyone needs this vacuum
Would RecommendThis thing is the best. I thought i had a great vacuum before, but I was wrong. The first time I used this I filled The container 4 times. I thought my floors were clean before and it proved me wrong. It also made my carpet fluffier and pulled it back up where we walk the most. Our allergies have gotten better sunce we started using this. It gets all the dirt, dust, and hair. #sweepstakes

Faithful, powerful, and light.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my last vacuum, also a Bissell, finally sucked in its last breathe after 19 years, I decided I had to get another one! This one was amazingly easy to put together, it has enough suction power to clean my rug and floors well and is light enough that I'm not completely exhausted when done. Thinking this machine will last as long as my last one!

Would Not RecommendWe thought it was something to do with our old one considering we've had it for a while it was a bissell as well. So we bought another Bissell thinking they were good and only its 3rd use band pops again.

Better than than I bought
Would RecommendI use it for multi surface. Its easy to adjust height and there is 5 to choose from. the may not be the quietest but it isn't noisy.

Would Not RecommendI noticed the cord was shorter than my hoover,even though they were supposed to be the same length.The cleaning tools were awkward to use.On my Hoover the cleaning wand clicks into the vacuum.On the Bissell you have to push it in and hope it stays there.Cleaning it was messy to say the least.The sponge at the top of the vacuum was cheap looking,I gave it away and bought another hoover rewind.Needs some improvements.

I need to bend down a lot to get under and around areas, and I can't reach higher areas because the piece is so short.
