Cleans alright. Might not like smell.
I suppose it cleaned well enough. It took care of the fresh stains that we got it for. It didn’t get all of the older stains, but that seems reasonable. I was a little disappointed with how dirty the hall carpet still looks afterwards, but it’s the highest traffic area, and it had been a few years since the last cleaning so it was probably a case of too little too late. Decent for light jobs
Would Not RecommendSeems like a good product for light jobs, carpet floors that are constantly up kept. Not ideal for abused and reviving old unkempt carpet. If anyone knows of a stronger product I'd be willing to try.

Would RecommendEasy to use, compatible with the Bissell Big Green Machine you can rent with the machine. Be sure to get an amount for double your floorspace, though.

Machine and liquid sort of work...but not great.
Would Not RecommendIt was priced right and easy to use, but I used the machine my round 8' rug 5 times slowly, still had the water come out dirty and had to stop when I ran out of the cleaner liquid.

Heavy , cumbersome machinery but does a great job.
Would Recommendthe rug cleaner did a great job & was priced within reason for 2 days use. What i will say is that i found this unit cumbersome & difficulty to maneuver. Next time, I'd rather rent a smaller more compact version of same thing (not as heavy). I believe that would have done just as good a job & be much easier to move around. Otherwise, i was completely pleased with Lowe's Rug Cleaner & would recommend to others. Thank you Claire
