Got pet stains out of the carpet, very pleased with product.

Customer service was great, didn't have attachments, but machine was clean and worked good.

Does the job

It did a pretty decent job for the money. It got out most stains in my carpet without too many passes over it by the carpet cleaner. I'd buy another bottle again, if I ever rent another carpet cleaning machine.

Awesome Product Did the Job!

OK. To be frank, I haven't had occasion to use a carpet cleaner rental for over 30 yrs. The last time I did, it was when I was moving out of my apartment and it left the carpet wet and sticky. What a difference 30 years makes. The Big Green Machine was awesome. It really cleaned the carpet nicely. Ask questions before you rent it.

The big green carpet cleaner itself was great and did the job exactly as I thought. I would definitely rent it again!! However, it was not clean when I received it and the filters had to be cleaned out. To be fair, when I returned it I told the lady so she refunded me some of the money back saying I brought it back earlier than expected but I feel it was because I had to clean it before using it. I'm referring directly to Multi-purpose cleaner.

It is my expressed opinion that this product does what it is intended to do and fulfills its initiative, within reason of course. And having said this..? I'd add that it may need to be significantly more concentrated, in order to 'better' accomplish it's designed purpose & exceed expectations, where other similar cleaning products easily meet and surpass this product without too much difficulty.

Easy to use, and did a great job cleaning our carpet.

Allergic reaction!

When using this product the first thing I noticed was the heavy overwhelming perfume it gave off. After using it as directed to clean a section of my carpet, my hands and feet started to have a reaction where I came into contact with it. I had to stop and quickly rinse everything then go over the sections of carpet I had cleaned in an attempt to get any residual formula out. In no way do I recommend this product and it should be pulled immediately.

Lowe’s makes it easy to rent and the product works

The steam cleaner and hose attachment were a great success! To include the oxi stain cleaner solution we bought to use along with the steamer! Worked as described and cleaned extremely well! I would definitely recommend and rent this steamer again from Lowe’s! The service customer clerk was great too! Very patient, knowledgeable, and courteous!
