Everything is great. Except for keypad

I’ve been using this product over other ones, and it works beautifully. The only flaw is when connecting the keypad, it takes forever to unlock and is not instant. Other than that, it’s a great product.

August smart door locks have enabled me

I don’t have the ability to get myself out of bed and into my wheelchair so if someone rings the doorbell, I can now unlock the door for them from my bed.

A welcoming friend

It’s so nice to pull into my driveway and know the door will be unlocked for me! I get the Welcome Home notification on my phone, too! My husband gets a bit annoyed that he has to change the batteries every two months but I love it enough to listen to the tiny grumble LOL

This whole system is the best

If you don’t have one of these, you need to invest… It never fails… Unlocks right when you walk up to it… It’s so easy to send people a keypad code if they need to get in your house. Tells you who’s bc coming and going! If your hands are full of groceries, you don’t have to worry about getting your keys out and unlocking the door. Plus it locks automatically if you set it up to do so after three minutes… So I just leave the house without worrying about locking it. I love it so much.

Convenient

We have one for both apartments. Great for letting in family members or granting access for the dog walker.

Works great, easy to install and use!

I have been using several months now and am very happy with it. I do recommend getting rechargeable batteries so that it’s easy to swap out when needed.

I love this tool

It saved me: I got it when I had knee surgery. I have 17 stairs. This tool makes it easy. I can open my door without going down!!!! It needs 2 special Energizer batteries. The original batteries lasted for 2.5 months. Not too bad! When my batteries were low the app August reminded me (to replace them). I did. Also the app asked me if I changed the batteries. I said Yes And it started working again! Pretty cool. I wish I knew about this sooner!!!
