Cheap. And effective

Needed to change the oil in my lawnmower. Bought this handy little thing and it worked as described. Make sure you oil the pump first before use. Thing has some strong suction!

Good little pump

We purchased this to suck water out of a flowerpot drain pan. Overall it works well and as expected. My only complaint is that the hoses are not very long; however these are cheap and we were able to purchase longer ones for a few bucks.

Beware

Pros: It looked good in the package and it was cheap! Cons: Requires self-assembly. Coiled orange tubing is way too short for most purposes and remained kinked from the way that it was packaged making it very difficult to place in the bottom of the gas tank. One of the orange tubes actually fell off of the pump and into the gas drum. The pump sometimes leaked and spewed gas from around the seals. One of the orange tubes came off while I was pumping and sprayed my face and body with gasoline wh...

Got the job done

Overall, this product served its purpose for me. It didn’t siphon so well at first but after losing one tube into the gas tank of my Gator I tossed the directions to the side and made it work my way. I successfully siphoned all the diesel fuel I accidentally filled into the tank and filled ‘er with premium. Bam, good to go.

simple workable solution to getting old fuel out of my boat tank.

The pump works as advertised and easy to use. I have many yard equipment and this comes in handy to drain fuel before winterizing or servicing them.

Only problem is that the tubes are coiled too tightly and it takes two or more hands to keep everything in place and pump

Mower has no oil plug for draining?

This solved the problem, I had no idea there small small gas engines that come without an oil drain plug, so this solves the problem. Easy to use!

Compact but extremely efficient

Does an outstanding job in syphoning Liquid. Compact but extremely efficient.

It did the job I needed it to however, it was almost a two person job using this pump as the hose that comes with it has a lot of memory and wants to curl up on its self.

Only worked for a few minutes.. then justgot stopped. Quite disappointed.

Needs more hose

Could use a foot or two more hose. The pump siphons efficiently but subject to be drained and subject to catch effluent can’t be too far apart.
