I liked that I could easily tailor these guards to fit in my gutters, especially at the corners. Tab should be larger to better cover the edge of the gutter, especially if one is trying to screw it down. And that channel should be larger, to more easily go over the lip of the gutter edge.

Would RecommendThe product itself is great. Easy to install. Just put one end under your existing shingles and snap the other end onto your gutters. Where there is a corner, I riveted the overlapping part and caulked it. Looks great. The reason I am giving a rating of 4 is because of lowes price of $1.22 per piece. After purchasing about 50 pieces from lowes, I happened to go to their top competitor and got them for .98 cents a piece. The only thing Im a little concerned about with the product is the screening...

Would RecommendIn my experience, the product tends to warp and form a rounded top when installed on gutters exposed to direct sunlight (rather than laying flat). That said, it is inexpensive enough to replace when necessary. Note: There is a small "lip" of plastic extending from the top surface near where this item clips to the gutter. I find it speeds installation to use a pair of flat pliers (such as electrical pliers) to grap this lip and push the item forward, going from one side to the other, to force...
