Would RecommendThe day I installed this filter we had a rough thunderstorm roll through the area. The wind in the storm uprooted trees, but these filters stayed in place. I was impressed. We haven't had any rain since. So, I haven't had a chance to really evaluate their filtering performance, but I'm sold on their ability to stay in place in extreme winds. Pay close attention to the installation guide. I missed the 3" overlap. That made a difference in how many units I needed to purchase to cover all my gutter...

Careful where you buy them
Would RecommendLowes store overcharged me because it was a in stock item. Otherwise product is ok. Glue on screen melts easy so keep that in mind when installing on a hot day.

Ripped off by pick up store
Would Not RecommendTraveled to a store that had them in stock and was forced to pay $25 more for the case than the price online or in all the other surrounding stores. Managers excuse was "we are a smaller store so things cost more". They would not honor the price online which cost the company more in the long run to ship the products.
