Would RecommendAdding an automatic light sensor to my outside pole lamp got easy and simple. This device screws into the lamp socket and the bulb into it. Programmable for dusk to dawn or different hours after dusk. The easy way to fix the problem without drilling, wiring or replacing the old lamp.

Would RecommendThis is the first time I've ever bought that really works the way it said it supposed to work. It goes on when it actually gets dark not just half dark and it goes off when it says it's supposed to go off it's easy to install and easy to program I love it I bought two one for my garage light and one for my light by my front door and they work great I give it 5 stars

Would RecommendThis product works as expected to switch light on/off at dusk/dawn. My objection to this is the lenght of the item. I used in in a post lamp for an elderly relative and it is so tall that it puts the bulb up into the top of the post lamp head blocking a lot of the light. It is exceptionally so if it is a LED light with the top of the bulb giving out most of the light. I changed it to an old incandescent build which helped.
