Great Machine

love this machine. Its very quiet. The only drawback is washing a comforter, there are times it won't go into a spin cycle.

Long lasting

Leaks

Leaks only during clean cycle. All other cycles work really well!

Be sure the delivery has English speaking team

In store help was fantastic. The third delivery personnel were super competent. The two prior on this same delivery were incompetent and made the whole situation a fiasco!! The second set that came out had the right equipment to get the washer to the garage but couldn't speak English and refused to install with a made up excuse. Super frustrating to say the least!

Had such hopes

This my second "wash day" and its not going well. The door locks and the end of the cycle. Now it has been stuck at 21 minutes in the Normal wash cycle for the last 1/2 hr.?

Good value for the money.

Love this front load washer. I am short and it's hard to reach into a top load. Good value for the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer leaves laundry pods stuck on clothing. Also sometimes lots of foam. Seems like not enough water going through washer machine. Maybe we just got a bad machine. We also got the matching dryer and machine turns off before clothes completely dry super frustrating we have tried multiple settings.

I expected better...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not happy with it. It doesn't rinse well. And the spin cycle leaves the clothes dripping wet regardless of the load composition or size. Even using less than the recommended HE detergent it leaves a lot of residue, to the extent that I have had to run clean cycles much more often than recommended and it takes 2 complete cycles to remove the soap. Thinking on it 3 stars is probably generous.

Bad Company

Bought November 1. Broke 1 week later. Still has clothes and water in it three weeks later. Service came didn't have a necessary part. Coming back November 29. Seriously! Don't buy. Bad service.

Great Features that other washers don't have.

I hated to leave it, but who doesn't like new things! This Amana washer sure seems a lot more modern! It runs very quiet, which is nice. I'm still trying to learn the different wash cycles available.
