Great until it wasn’t.

I have two running 24/7 in my condo. The large one in my bedroom will not let me change settings. No matter what I do it never changes color or speed. It stays on low speed and no matter what I try to change it is stuck. The small one in my living room is fine. I see it changing according to activity.

Not like the picture

he filter is nothing like the picture. There are only a few tiny pieces of charcoal, nowhere near enough to make a difference or actually neutralize odors. You can literally see through the filter; it basically looks the same as the pure filter except for the miniscule amount of charcoal, and there aren’t any pink particles like in the picture.

Efficient and beautiful

Have owned a 75i for 3 years. It operates around the clock and is quiet and efficient, not to mention beautiful. Expect with this kind of use to replace the filter once yearly. We really really like the product.

Filter not working

Unfortunately when we installed the new filter the switches on the top (on/off, red light showing need for new filter, etc. ) stoped working. The only way we can turn the filter off is to pull the plug. Any suggestions? Thanks you.

You need to give it a try

We have two, one up one down, and they work great. We replace each filter once a year. No issues.

Fresh

I love getting my new filters. They smell so clean and fresh for about the first two weeks. And it is always so alarming at how much “stuff” it traps from the air.

Filter issue

At the end of March, my unit has been running for a year and I ordered a new filter. It is now May and the light indicator on the unit Filter remains in the green mode. Not sure why. Should I change the filter anyway. Thanks. Joe Petro

Alen Breathesmart 75i

The air purifier seems to be working. Less dust. I really like how it is so quiet, as I have to run my hand over it to feel the air to make sure it is on. I think the wheels are on the wrong side as it is tough to turn around to change the location. Once turned around, it is easy to move. If the wheels were in the front, you would just tilt and go.
