Purchased one of these units earlier, liked it so much, I just purchased an additional one for my brother-in-law for Christmas.

Outside Temp & Humidity Quit

Installed unit Nov 15, 2018. Worked great for 2 days. The the outside temperature & humidity "locked up" and wouldn't change with the weather. I followed the manual's instructions and "reset" both units (in & outside). It worked for another 2 days and locked up again. Repeat, Repeat, repeat.... Finally connected with AcuRite and chatted online with them. After describing the problem and taking pictures of the inside of the outside unit (sensor) and sending to them, they concluded the Temp/...

Good overall

Works well. I hope battery life isn't bad, mine is installed on my roof, I might put some Lithium AA batteries eventually, it would be bad if a leaky Alkali Battery ruins it.

My Weather station

This is so Awesome, I wanted it for so long, and now I have it. Gives me all the weather details right here from my own yard, Not downtown of who knows where? Does everything it says. Not worth the money.

This is my second station in a year. The outside Station quit working. Display reads the same readings, no matter what the weather is. Very disappointed for the money spent.

Weather Station

Good product. The only shortcoming is that it doesn't have the rain fall rate incorporated in the new model.

Not all features work properly and accurately

Not a bad overall weather station. I do not think the wind gauge and pressure gauge works accurately. Wind was blowing 35 mph today and it said 8 mph, and pressure is always at 29.25 which is way to low in South Central USA in fair weather. No way to reset it or calibrate it. Temp and rain is ok so far. Made in china of course.

AcuRite Weather station

Would be a 5 start but I don't think the internal fan that runs from the solar cell is functioning properly (I don't think it functions at all) which results in a higher outside temperature than it should be.

Accurate

We jest replaced our other weather station that we had for many years. We love how accurate it is with everything. We live in Washington, so it lets us know how many layers we need to wear.

Would'nt sync together

Inside and outside devices would not stay synced up with each other, try all the troubleshooting recommendations and it still kept losing the signal between the two devices.

Weather Station

So far an excellent product. Still in 2 week learning cycle for accurate pressure readings, but all other readings seem accurate. Rain guage reading matched my regular rain guage. I've wanted this station for a while and glad I finally bought it.

No longer connects

I own a nearly identical albeit different number[01010] Worked well 2 yrs then would not connect. Did all the bonehead stuff per instructions, even took off electronics cover of sensor. looked like new on the inside./ I chose not to wait the 116 minutes for a tech on the phone. If they are good, they should not be that busy fixing problems. Really...close to an hour and 45 mins on a toll call? This was a Thursday, btw. Was working for 18 months then would not connect with sensor anymore

Acu Rite Weather Station

I have this same weather station for three years. I am very happy with so l purchased this for my son in law. The station I had before was from Boston scientific that was junk.

AcuRite weather station

This weather station works Fantastic ! Bought it to replace an Oregon Scientific. Had that one 3 days and stopped working. 3 months later,,, still waiting for replacement !!! Buy the AcuRite,, you won't be disappointed
