Why, the mechanical solenoid device with a few feet of clear plastic tubing is no longer pre-installed inside the refrigerator. I think that it is unacceptable that we could not order this Whirlpool refrigerator with an ice machine already installed. Not only was it extremely difficult for 2 very capable people to install, after we left it leaked so much water that it ran out of the freezer and all over my mother's floor. This is simply not acceptable. We have called Whirlpool and they are sending a tech out this week to investigate, but you should never have put us, nor any of your other customers, in this situation.
