Hole patch

Removed a security system unit From previous owner install and needed to patch the wall. You can cut the plastic inside wall support and customize it to your job. I don’t know how to make the wavy wall pattern but at least now you can walk past it and only notice if you really look at the wall.

Patch kitch use

Utilized patch kit. Patch kit supports applying pressure from external facing wall to ensure flush finish. Tested section without and rear support and setting flush is significantly more difficult ant time consuming. Includes more than enough compound to cover recommended area. Would recommend for ease of use and cost effective worth.

Easy to use

Easy to use to fill hole made by doorknob. All in one kit.

Drywall patch

Great product, easy instructions, used it to repair the toilet paper holder that wasn't installed correctly and ripped out of the wall - dried quickly and easy to sand to make smooth - looks like a professional patched it.

Worked great

This worked great to patch a pretty good sized hole in sheetrock that was accidentally made during our remodel! After using this and painting, it's like the hole was never there!

This stuff worked great. We used it on our bathroom ceiling and it came out fantastic

Not like the video.

I read the instructions and watched the video. It all started out good applied the backer, then started to apply the spackle. The backer promptly fell in the wall I was able to retrieve it and tried again. This time once the spackle was applied I left it to dry. Checked on it and it had cracked all around the hole and the 2 sided tape is coming off at the top. No I wouldn't reccomend. Very disappointed.

Might have worked ...

Used this kit as directed to fix small (originally about 1” x 3”) hole created when someone leaned too hard on a towel rack and the screw anchors popped out. Got it nice and smooth over three days. On 4th day, tried to drill holes for new anchors and found the repair material was still wet inside and the reinforcing grid separated from the back of the sheet rock. In other words, total failure. This kit might be ok for patches that you left alone.

Don’t recommend this.

Prior to purchasing, I made sure the hole in the wall was smaller than the maximum size it’s meant for. After watching instructional video, followed all steps to ensure I was doing it correctly. It didn’t actually stick to the inside of the wall and it cracked as I was holding it to secure in place. The kit is a good idea as it comes with a putty knife, sander, and tape, but you only get one try with all of the materials. Had to Gerry-rig the piece with two wood brackets that I screwed into the ...

I have used these before, they work better and stronger than dry wall mud

DO NOT BUY !

Just bought this to patch a hole . Followed the instructions on back of packaging as well as watching the video . The patch plate stuck on at first and then fell into the wall only seconds later. This is not a product you should trust on home repairs. It’s a good idea but 3M did not get it right on this one

Works great. I was able to get everything patched up quickly.

Great product easy to use

This worked great and was easy to use. Had a softball size hole in my wall and in a matter of 24 hours you could not tell there was ever a hole.
