Does its job for now
I thought I'd give this a shot because the usual wood putty says it can only be applied 1/8" or 1/4" at a time, and i had a decently deep hole in a window frame. This one does not give any such warning, so either the stuff it's made of is different enough to handle deeper holes, or I'm likely to have issues down the road. Works good to fill in larger holes in wood.
Spreads like regular spakling . Can fill in deep holes, but takes much longer to dry. Used it to repair some rotted portions of my 35 year old covered deck.

Easy to Use right out of the container. The Patch filler dried relative fast and easy and it was ready for sanding and the second cost in a matter of 2-hours. It filled a large hole in my garage with no problem and it cleaned up very easy/
