What Customers Are Saying
The 1x4x8 furring strips were generally found to be of good quality, with the wood being straight and suitable for various projects. Customers appreciated the affordable price and the product matching the advertised specifications. However, some reported issues with the quality, including warping, knots, cracks, and splits in the wood, requiring them to sort through multiple pieces to find a few usable ones. Despite these concerns, most customers were satisfied with the product for its intended purpose as basic furring strips, especially when they were able to hand-select the better pieces.

Discounts
Would Not RecommendNot the product, it's the discounts you offer and unable to retrieve promotions. Very frustrating

Less than an inch, damage
Would Not RecommendThey are not a full inch. And the boards were damaged close to the ends. Luckily I was cutting them so I could cut the damaged ends off. I still wish they were a full inch thick though.

Bad lumber.
Would Not RecommendNot very good cracks in lumber and bark on sides of most of the boards. Because it was pickup did you pick the worst boards.

Beware of wormholes
Would Not RecommendAt first I was given a product different from what I ordered. When I returned the 1x3s I accidentally received to get the 1x4s, they were full of worm holes. I don’t even think I can use them for my project.
Boards were good. Do not order online
Would Not RecommendGood quality. Nothing bad to say about these.
sides rounded, staples, not at all premium!
Would Not RecommendIf these were offered as sort of "seconds" they might be fine, but they're very poor quality and being sold as "premium." One board had three staples, significant rounding on two edges and tons of rough patches and splintering. Not suitable except for the roughest work.
