Poor quality control and customer service
Spent $3000 on Bali blinds. The Lowe's associate ordered the correct sizes but the blinds were made longer than ordered. One was a single header with 3 blinds, the center blind was actually the correct length but the 2 end blinds were longer. Lowes directed us to work with the blind manufacturer (Springs Window Fashions).
