The product is OK. The sales associate never got back to me on another job I needed done. I was supposed to get a quote over the Labor Day week and while this stuff was on sale, very disappointed.

Also very long process to get the shades ordered.

Shades are nice but not everything required for the install is provided

NOT CUT TO MEASUREMENTS

Windows were measured by lowes and blinds were professionally installed on September 6. First problem was the valances, which were damaged and kept by the installer for exchange. Second problem was that they were not cut correctly. Windows are 45 3/4" wide and 46 1/4" long. Blinds are 45 1/4" wide and 45" long. They do not rest on the sill. They are not centered, resulting in a 1/2" difference on side window frame exposure. There is a gap at the top of the blind that appears to be due to a miss...

Do not waste your money

Very poor quality. The wands broke while attempting to open and close the blinds . Called to report this issue and were sent new ones and they did the same thing. I was told this issue had been reported by other customers as well.

Sales Personnel Incompetence

Terrible experience with purchase! When I custom ordered a 2" faux wood blind with bottom cutouts (inside mount) at your Moreno Valley, CA, Lowes store on Aug. 21, 2025, the sales personnel did not tell me that cutout blinds do not come with automatic roll up feature, nor manual string pulleys. After waiting until Sept. 10, 2025, to pick up the blind (too long to wait!), I didn't find out about this lack of feature until I tried to install it yesterday. At first I thought o great everything working out fine, had the windows measured, picked out the blinds I wanted and order arrived, installation was scheduled, so far so good. BUT, the installer was able to install 3 blinds only. I had a total of 11. The blinds were cut wrong. I ordered inside mount but they were outside mount. Blinds & shades

This is my 3rd purchase of either a blind or shade from Lowe's. I love everything I've purchased & the entire experience has been pleasant. The installers have been personable & kniw their job. They are in & out quickly. The blinds & shades I've purchased are exceptionally well-made & stylish. Plus, ive saved a ton of money!

Easy to Install, some minor details missed.

These look great and were easy to install. I just don’t know why they didn’t send the correct edge pieces for the valence and also the rod to turn the blinds up or down is longer than my window??? Surely someone should have caught that and sent a shorter one. Otherwise these are really nice and modern. Just hope people pay more attention to detail at the factory making these.

Blinds are sophisticated looking!

These window blinds are very nice! They look like real wood and give our primary bedroom windows an elevated look. They might be just an inch short but still work and look good! I highly recommend.
