She’d had held up great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put this on my shed in the spring. All day sun exposed, no fading no peeling.

Excellent quality

I purchased to repaint the old aluminum siding on my house.The quality is great, it looks fabulous with just one coat but will need a second to hit where the roller missed. I appreciate not having to prime. Dries quick. I hope it holds up over the years! I’m glad I went with this line, I think it’s a cost efficient option.

Great paint Cost higher no painting10 or more year

This is the thickest paint I have ever used !!! It cover's well ,but you use more because it's thick !

Simple to apply

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paint is simple to use, you simply need 2 coats to properly distribute the paint. It dried in a couple of hours and set nicely, I really like the color and looks great. I highly recommend this brand and color.

One Coat and Go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Valspar's Defense Exterior Paint & Primer should be your new go to for exterior paint options. I've always liked Valspar's paints but this one is really on a tier all its own, the color shows through beautifully and only with one coat! For a longer lasting finish I would suggest at least two, but not having to prime before seeing your chosen color makes this a winner to me!

High Quality

In the past I have used an exterior latex to paint the the beanbag boards I've made. Valspar's Defense paint will be all I'll ever use in the future for all my projects. Just 2 coats on bare wood and I'm done. These gameboards should hold up for a long time with this paint on them. They look great!

Beautiful paint

Awesome Exterior Paint

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got white for this paint. The paint goes on smoothly It does take a few layers to build up the paint. I like that the primer was included with the paint since it saved me work.

Great coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Valspar - Defense Exterior Paint and Primer was such a great, high-quality paint. We used this paint on an outside shed. The shed was a medium blue so I was nervous this white paint wouldn't cover it, but it did! I did use 2 coats just to be sure no blue showed through, but with a lighter undercoat you could easily just use 1 coat. It was a nice, smooth paint that went on easily. Great product that I wouldn't hesitat to use again!

very nice exterior paint

Great exterior paint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I painted my outside wood trim of my house with this and it looks great. I applied 2 coats and it was quick and easy. The paint went on smoothly and covered thoroughly. It does a nice job of beading the water off when it rains. I haven't seen any fading from the areas that get lots of daily sunlight. From what I can see, this paint will keep my outside looking great for many years.

Defense Exterior Paint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Valspar Defense exterior paint. It glides on smooth, we painted the inside walls of our garage and it looks so much cleaner and nicer. One coat is all you need with this paint. It also has primer, so no need to add primer afterwards! Great product! I will recommend!

Nice exterior paint

Got a pretty basic white color and it went on well over the older white paint. Would choose again for other projects!
