A great value.

This product provides great coverage and goes on smoothly. It is very easy to clean up with soap and water. I use a few drops is dish detergent. I really like the fact that Valspar uses the plastic pails for their paint products. I used another brand once and it rusted through the bottom of their pail. That was over the course of 35 days.

Value not there

Disappointed that a premium paint like this took three coats to cover

Not One Coat

This product was used on a light tan plastic surface. I just finished a second coat and will need to do a third later this week. This is not a one coat paint. Also, Lowe’s doesn’t guarantee their advertisement of it being a one coat paint. Don’t waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to repaint some of the fascia surrounding my house and it goes on so nice and evenly and leaves a nice layer. I almost felt like I didn't have to do two coats but I did just because I live in Florida where it's super hot and destroys paint easily.

Application issue

Very thick and looks like it will stand up to the weather well in front door. Applied after sanding and smoothing the front door - very well prepared. The paint went on streaky with a high quality brush, but looked "beady" with a roller. Ended up doing a combo approach which looks good at a distance, but up close not so great.

False claim of being one coat

It’s not a one coat application like it claims. For the price it was a big disappointment. I will not use Valspar again
