Overall good
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Valspar Defense Exterior paint+ Primer several weeks ago. I had a project I've been meaning to do a while now I just didn't know what color to do. Once I got this paint I knew it was the color I should do. The paint went on nicely with no issues the paint seems that it will really last years to come.

Super easy to use
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valparaiso defense one coat exterior paint and primer is awesome. It repels water and moisture. It's super easy to use with the Purdy 9" roller. I really enjoy this and seeing this work. It glides on so easy. I highly recommend.

If you want to actually put some color on something don't use this. If you want to coat something with a rubber coating this is your product.

DISAPPOINTED
WE BOUGHT IT FOR A NEW WOODEN OUTDOOR GATE. IT COVERED THE GATE GREAT AND LOOKS NICE; BUT IT PEELED OFF THE PRESSURE TREATED POSTS THAT WERE PLACED IN THE GROUND- ALMOST IN A DAY! WE DO NOT KNOW WHY? NOTHING ON THE PAINT'S ADVERTISEMENT OR INSTRUCTIONS INDICATED IT COULD NOT BE USED ON PRESSURE TREATED LUMBER!

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Valspar - Defense Exterior Paint and Primer was such a great, high-quality paint. We used this paint on an outside shed. The shed was a medium blue so I was nervous this white paint wouldn't cover it, but it did! I did use 2 coats just to be sure no blue showed through, but with a lighter undercoat you could easily just use 1 coat. It was a nice, smooth paint that went on easily. Great product that I wouldn't hesitat to use again
