Service was great just had a few LVLs could have gotten better quality on some of them.

Lowes cannot get it right

It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered these 20’ beams and one week since Lowe’s tried delivering 10’ beams. There’s no update from Lowe’s and my project is delayed until I get these beams. At one point I called the store and was left on hold for one hour. Absolutely absurd handling by Lowe’s.

Lowes tried to deliver 10-ft LVL beams

I ordered 3 of the 20’ LVL beams and after 2 weeks Lowe’s tried to drop off 3 of the 10’ beams. The customer service since then has been nearly nonexistent. Someone said they’d speak to the store manager and there’s been no response in 48 hours. I tried calling the store and it rings until the line disconnects, tried four times. This is terrible. How can Lowe’s confuse a 10’ beam for a 20’ beam? Have they not heard of “measure twice, cut once”? Embarrassing.

soggy lvl beams

LVL beams showed up three days early and I was out of town. when I went to pick them up they had been laying flat in a puddle of water in the parking lot for 3 or 4 days. I can only imagine what they would have looked like when they finally dried out. I refused them.

I was able to handle them by myself.

These beems worked great! I used 2 of them together.

horrible experience

I will never place another order with Lowe's. My order was supposed to be delivered on July 4th. The following week, I inquired and was told it would arrive on July 11th. Lowe's did not provide any updates; if I hadn't called or texted, I wouldn't have heard anything. July 11th passed without delivery. When I attempted to call the store, no one answered.
