Great Product

Delivered a higher rated LVL then what's listed and much better looking

i did not recieve these products

after being resceduled 4 times i never got delivery of products and do not want them

bad quality! clearly left outside somewhere.

I had 6 lvls delivered 3 of them are cupped badly and 1 has a fair amount of delamination. they were clearly left outside somewhere for way too long. the other 3 were fine.

Fast delivery and great product

These arrived to the store faster than I expected and were dry and straight. I don't know if this is always the case, but I actually received a slightly higher spec (2.1e and 3100Fb) than was listed online.

Product good, delivery not

Purchased thisnproduct before, no problems with the LVL beam, but i picked up from the store and it was outside, where it has been raining at least 2 days... not ideal to complain and wait another week for 2 new ones, so I accepted it. Let it sit in my shop with fan on it for 2 days, but it still seems like it may have swollen at least a little...2 boards should be 3.5in, but its about 1/8" thicker. The build must go on.

Review what gets delivered

This is supposed to be engineered wood no crowns or twist. The stuff I got was bowed and twisted

Poor quality

Don't order it. Poorly put together. Glued edges were freyed. Apprehensive to expect it to hold up roof. And even more concern ten years from now.
