I have had this set for just over a year and have 2 of the cushions where the material is threading on the top of them - I have also seen other people post issues about this. I tried to call Lowes to get this matter resolved and they said since it is outside of the 1 year manufacturers warranty they will not help. This is more than that - this is a manufacturers quality issues where they have chosen poor quality material that did not go through any sort of life cycle testing. I have been in the ...

Cushion covers don’t last

Would Not Recommend

A few months after purchasing, the cushion covers started fraying on the seat top and on the top of the back cushions. It says “built to last” but they didn’t last a summer without disintegrating. I expect outdoor furniture to be able to sit outside for the summer

Cushion fabric not durable

Would Not Recommend

Purchased in July 2024 and in August 2025 the cushions were already degrading, leaving powder coating on clothes and creating holes in the fabric. The couch gets very little use and simply degraded quickly just from being outside. Comfortable, but not worth the money given the bad cushions.

Not worth the money

Would Not Recommend

Manufacturing alignment of screws and bolts way off. Paid to have it assembled, the back is not straight and about half the screws are missing. Way too much money for poor product. Very comfortable tho.

Nice but assembly is poor

Nice and hardy but alignment of hardware was wild. Paid for assembly but back of sofa arrived askew and missing half the screws. Can’t blame them after assembling the chairs myself. For that much money quality manufacturing would be expected but alas no. Once together very happy. First pics are of the back of the sofa (misaligned) last pic is of the chair I did myself (aligned)

Strong and pretty. A little cumbersome to assemble and move alone. I suggest you pay Lowe’s to do that.
