Everyone of the toilet paper holders like this that I've seen are loose. I thought I could mount it correctly, I was wrong it's the mounting system that doesn't work it's poorly engineered. Returned it for a different brand.

Box was missing a mounting bracket and set screw. I realized this after installing everything else. Customer service refused to help in any way. The only option they provided was to take everything off the wall and return it to the store. Avoid Lowes in-store products.
