Very pretty set in our master bedroom’s bathroom. The only flaw was the screw being underneath each item and the tiny l wrench that had to be used

Will not secure to bracket
I have no idea what im doing wrong, your all better than me even though I've done construction all my life. i tighten the tiny allen screw with zero room to twist the wrench and the item just comes off and never secures to the bracket on the wall. do it exactly like instructions. threw items away
