I chose this to go above my sink. I thought that the glass would refract light to make the little sparkles on the walls. The large crystal will do that but the glass balls on strings will not. I may change them to something more sparkly. I used fishing line to lower the large crystal so it does make the sparkles. I installed this myself with my husband watching. Beautiful clean looking little fixture

Due to the size and typical amount of light output from 3 candelabra lamps, this fixture will work best in smaller spaces or as a type of accent light. It probably won't work well as a main fixture in your dining room. We put it in my wife's closet and it works perfectly. This lamp is a welcome addition to any decor. Bright and eye catching features plus casting light out to all corners of a room make this a welcome installation.
