What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the intuitive top-mount installation, elegant gold finish, and superior spray functionality. Most highlight how the included Allen wrench and simple design eliminate under-sink work, even for inexperienced installers. The sleek aesthetic and fingerprint-resistant finish earn consistent compliments for elevating kitchen decor. The pull-out sprayer with three distinct settings, including a blade spray for tough cleaning, impresses reviewers with strong water pressure and smooth transitions. A small number report durability concerns, particularly with the soap dispenser becoming flimsy or failing within months, and occasional mechanical issues like dripping or pressure loss. Overall, most customers consider it an excellent choice despite minor reliability concerns.

Poor Quality

Would Not Recommend

After two months of use around the head of the faucet, it started leaking water. Nice design, awesome features but unfortunately, poor quality, leaks shortly after being installed.

Less than a year broken already

Would Not Recommend

Purchased this for my new kitchen remodel. Soap dispenser never worked. We decided it wasn’t worth paying a plumber to replace so we kept using it. Should have replaced it in the beginning. Less than a year sprayer leaks and faucet drips.

Didn’t last long

Would Not Recommend

After about a year of having this faucet, the normal stream stopped working. The high pressure stream is the only one that works and it is really annoying when turning the sink on. Would not recommend anyone buy this product.

bad faucet head.

Would Not Recommend

Within a few months after installing the faucet the spray head wont stay on one setting. You don't know what spray pattern you are going to get. It worked good for the first couple months but we've been fighting is ever since. For the amount of money this was, I feel like it should work better.

Worked Great

Would Recommend

Need to replace my old fascist as it was finally giving up. This one worked out great as it keeps with the looks and blended in quite nice. Took only about an hour to install and works great.

Lasted only 5 months

Would Not Recommend

Had faucet & soap dispenser installed by professional plumber. 5 months later the soap dispenser stops working. Googled. Tried multiple ideas. Nothing helped. A week or so later, the faucet started dripping and no way to stop it. We are under water restrictions, a drought, can't be wasting water. Replaced the whole system with a reliable name brand.
