We love the product. But due to its size, it was folded in its packaging. Upon rolling on the floor, we had to work to get the creases out.

Pad is well made & consistent all the way through.
This pad fit perfectly beneath the rug I ordered, sometimes they are not exact & require altering. It makes the rug even more soft & cushioned.
