Does not take stain well

I wanted to replace damaged knobs on a cherry dresser and these matched the size and shape fairly closely. Despite sanding, I could not get them to take up color from a Minwax cherry stain, Varathane gel stain or Watco danish oil. Photo shows danish oil on left and gel stain on right. They may be ok if you want to paint them.

10 pack not the same as individual knobs

The shape of the knob contained in the 10-pack is not exactly the same as the individual knobs; plus, the 10-pack knobs have more of a shine vs. a brushed look. Same Model # (D1639SN) as indicated on the website but not the same knob. Purchased the 10-pack online but Lowe's (Westminster) made it right by giving me 20 of the individual knobs for the same price as the 10-pack. I would recommend either item (individual or 10-pack) but don't mix because they don't match.

Cabinet pulls

It was exactly what I needed, only two cabinet pulls for the bathroom vanity. I could paint them to match.

what a great find at Lowe's. Was concerned that I would have to replace all the hardware on my antique dresser from the 40's or 50's only to find these wooden knobs that matched the current ones to a "T." Only needed 3 - 4 of them. Just had to put a little stain on the knobs, and I was good to go

Replaced and repaint success

Quick fix for a project of mine, allows me to easily repaint them to match the colors I had previously only problem I have is that I was looking for more wooden examples but seems only two were available at the time.

Warning!!!! Knob comes with problems!!

These knobs are inexpensive and look nice but they have a protective coating, I assume put on at the factory, that after opening the cabinets for about three months it starts peeling off and it is very ugly and very hard to get off. I think it must be shrink wrapped on or something. If you can figure out how tro get it off it's a great knob.

Quick and easy

I used a template to mark my cabinets which made the installation super easy. The set comes with two different length screws.i don’t know if the package stated that, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thought I would have to run out to the store and get new screws. Sorry I don’t know the measurements, but the screws could fit my builder basic cabinets and drawers. They flow so well with my kitchen, my kids didn’t even realize I installed them.

The knobs were consistent in size and color. Took a stain well. Some of the knob holes were drilled a little big so did not tighten up well. A dab of glue fixed that. Turned out well.
