Great alternative to Kilz primer - blocks stains!

Wonderful product that covers all surfaces and textures. We've used on drywall, baseboards, ceilings, and more - great coverage every time and helps prevent stubborn watermarks from returning.

Not a flat finish.

The product covered well but had a slight sheen to it instead of flat that you would expect with a primer.

This primer did a good job covering old nicotine stains. It did however take two coats.

this stuff works but it stinks so bad. Make sure to use a well ventilated area

This primer/sealer seems to be a suitable replacement for another product that I use (GARDZ); it’s almost impossible to find the other product in stock anywhere in less than a 5 gallon bucket. I use this product to seal torn drywall prior to applying another skim coat and texture to a wall so far it seems to be working well, and it’s a lot easier to apply.
