Wish it worked

I would love to give this dryer five stars however it only made it seven days before the whole control board went out. Had to wait a week for someone to come out to look at it only to be told. I’m gonna wait at least another week to two weeks to get parts in the fix it and that’s a common issue. Return policies 48 hours which is an absolute joke. Wish I could drop this off on their doorstep and walk away from it.

Do not buy

I have had this dryer for 6 months, and 2 months in we would get a random F3E1 code. 3 weeks ago, it stopped drying with heat but will with air mode. Called lowes and although I purchased the 3 year warranty, I have to claim it through whirlpool. Whirlpool has been very little help. The representatives have no desire to help you. So disappointed

it was very easy to buy this dryer. the salesman was very helpful; but on the very first load we got an error message to check the vent and the filter. we bought a new vent we blew out any lent that could have been in the wall and still got the message to check the vent and the filter. we called Lowe's and they were absolutely no help they just said to call whirlpool. we had even bought the extended warranty . I'm so disappointed in their service.

Good; but not quite as good as we were expecting

My wife and I purchased this dyer model about six weeks ago; and, having used it for a while, I thought it was relevant now to review it. Overall, we are satisfied with the dryer, buy only just. When we bought it, we knew we didn't have a water connection for the steam dry thing, but that was okay. Stop working after 45 days

Thought this was a great set until dryer stopped working after a little after 30 days of purchase. Lowes would not help. Said have to go through warranty and they still haven’t showed up big inconvenience! Called whirlpool and this model is know for the power board going out , so we have been waiting on them to come and find the problem and then wait more to get the part to fix it, when whirlpool is already aware of this problem! Large capacity but overdone on the control panel

I purchased this dryer as a set to replace my old Maytag that was fried during an electrical surge. I like the larger capacity. I have only had them for a week but so far I do not love the control panel. There are just too many options. I would rather just choose the temp and the time and be done. Also, the door sticks right before you close it. This may be a safety feature but I'm not a fan.

Very disappointed in quality
