Faulty Product
Lowes was great with the delivery and purchase. I bought this on a Black Friday deal. One month in I have an issue with the drain pump not working. I called the manufacturer to deal with the warranty process. They recommended a solution, ordered a part and scheduled a techniciam to do the repair. After 5 minutes the technician diagnosed the issue to be a faulty pressure switch on the control board and this is well known problem from the factory. So I am already 2 weeks without a washing machi...

Loud when spinning cycle is on.
I am pleased with how well it cleans my clothes. I took the agitator out to wash sheets and it didn’t even finish the load without the UE code coming on. The washing machine is loud when spinning cycle is running.
