It Keeps food cold and frozen but that's it

Four Year Compressor Failure

Bought this refrigerator in 2022 for well over $2,000.00. Less than four years later the compressor is done. Repairman said it will cost close to that for parts and labor to fix it. Very disappointed in this purchase and product. My $75 used 100 year old beer fridge still works with no issues but my $2,600 4 year old family fridge is dead - just like my faith in Whirlpool refrigerators. Buyer beware!! :o(

I bought this refrigerator on October 17th 2024. My first issue was with the water filter after having refrigerator for 2 months. Water slowed to a drip. Giant Piece of Garbage

Horrible appliance. Do not buy Whirlpool. The fridge has randomly been dinging at all hours of the day and night for months and they’re extremely slow at ‘trying’ to fix it. We’ve had 2 repair men out and are just told parts are back ordered and to live with it.

Shelf "bumps" prevent side by side insertion!

We had the same refrigerator in an older model and we really liked it. But it died last weekend. We purchased the same refrigerator but obviously a current model. Mixed emotions

We've had this fridge for almost a year. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. If I had to replace it today, I would not buy it again. It keeps the food cold/frozen as it's supposed to, so no complaints there. We really don't need 2 ice makers, but that's no fault of the fridge, we knew it had 2 when we bought it, but I would rather the space of either one used for something else. Not so good

This fridge does not hold up, seals crumble/rip fast, ice maker went out within a year. Had to replace lights within a year and keep going out , drawers break fast also. Trying to get someone on the phone or chat is nearly impossible to discuss my concerns. Also have had issues with the matching gas stove and dishwasher. Such a shame whirlpool use to be great.

Great fridge
