Met my expectations!
This Whirlpool refrigerator was exactly what I wanted and fit in the same space as the one I replaced. The one I replaced was also a similar Whirlpool refrigerator that lasted 16 years and performed well with no problems or breakdowns. So, that is why I went with a Whirlpool brand again.

There was a snow storm here that turned to ice on the ground. I did everything to make it safe but it was very difficult. TJ and his partner handled everything in stride and made me a lifetime Lowes customer. As soon as they arrived he walked the path and said "we got this". The refrigerator looks to be in perfect condition with no scratches. It is getting cold as we speak.

It is a nice looking functioning refrigerator. My one major complaint, is that the water always drips after getting water from the front of the fridge. The drip tray does not stick out far enough, therefore water droplets always run down the front of the refrigerator instead of landing in the drip tray. That is my one major ...

Whirlpool needs to get better!

I was lucky that my dealer ABT sent a tech to the house and corrected the situation. There are no stops on the wheels of the fridge. Every time you open a door you move the fridge from its position. The owners guide or manual is kind of a joke. It lists 4 or 5 water filters but does not tell me which one is the correct one for my fridge.

It is sometimes difficult to get your cup behind the water dispenser to get ice, especially with some of the bigger cups that are so popular.
