Oven burner stopped staying lit within only a few months of purchase

good stove.
good looking, seems well made. Seems slightly harder than it should be to light burners and stove, in that you have to have the stove open to light it (or there could be "explosions", according to the manual), and the top burners are a bit fussy to light. Also, it might be better if there were two regular burners rather than have them all different. Also, it's light-weight, so you have to install tip-preventers on the floor. But it does the job, and we are happy with it.

Who designed this oven?!
Not designed by a chef! Front 2 burners each have major flaws. Front right is the tiniest flame, can hardly bring water to a boil. Front left ranges from medium/high to high. No simmer. Make that make sense! Then the power burner is back right and will only catch sometimes. Don’t get me started on the actual oven which TURNS OFF RANDOMLY! Biggest grievance of all: the oven doesn’t fit a half sheet! Too small by an inch. Who designed that?! Looks cute though!

Love the design of this product!!! It looks expensive and premium but it’s not expensive. The size is perfect!
Lowes Delivery and Customer Service is Abysmal
Delivery was a horror story. They forgot to take the backsplash out of the box and drove away with it. Refused to answer dozens of texts and calls over hours to bring it back. Had to demand that it be replaced. But it looked good - having two broken stoves next to each other: my old one AND my new one that Lowes broke because they were too stupid to ensure that the delivered the WHOLE stove and their delivery driver too rude and unprofessional to pick up his phone or answer a text message. Truly...
